Amazon Games Throne and liberty is now out and ready for everyone to play. After early access we all now can play this game and catch up to everyone. To be honest, early access is just a way to push gamers to purchase the game to get ahead of all those that don’t care to put money into a free to play game. Here is what Throne and Liberty is…
Throne and Liberty is an MMORPG currently in development by NCSoft, a South Korean video game developer behind famous titles like Lineage and Guild Wars. While it initially was supposed to form part of the Lineage series, it has since been regarded as a distinct title in its own right. It garnered major interest after being announced, with open-world gameplay, large-scale PvP and PvE content, and special modes of travel such as turning into animals.
Key Features:
- Open-World Exploration: It’s a complete world, mapped, interconnected, and explorable in every direction with no loading screens in between.
- Dynamic Weather System: The gameworld will change in real time and affect the gameplay. For instance, areas are accessible or inaccessible depending on the fluctuating weather.
- PvP and PvE: The game is centered on large battles, where players can engage in large-scale combat with other players and AI.
- Transform Mechanics: The player character is able to transform into many types of animals or other creatures, enriching both exploration and combat.
- Environment Interaction: The ability to use the environment in special ways, such as enhancing certain abilities with the wind, is possible.
Being highly anticipated, and especially by all the fans of the genre, it is claimed to bring something new into the massively multiplayer online role-playing games with its impressive and large-scale interactive concept. The final release date hasn’t come out yet, although many believe it could arrive in 2024.
Personal Opinion:
I’m playing this game until new world comes out this month. Already played the beta and was impressed. The beta for thrones and liberty was okay. The issue I had the most was the clunky controls and movement. Other then that it will be my pass time. I didn’t purchase the early access so I’m starting new. Here is a video from the open Beta.
