The Refund policy and return policies have been updated! As of 6/18/2023!
We follow all PayPal rules and policies. We add another payment system WooPayments (Part of woocommerce) which allow credit cards and debit cards to be used to purchase anything from our store. Here are the refund and return policies below.
Digital items: This is a no brainer, no refunds or returns. If you purchase a digital item it cant be returned. You will be warned at the time of purchased there is no refunds for any digital items. In game items from certain games can be traded if something happened to item. You will need to talk to me directly, we always work with our customers on this matter. Been UO, Ark Survival Evolved, Diablo 3/4 and fallout sellers for 3 years strong.
All physicals items have 30 days to return. Returns for replacement items can be requested 14 days and item must not be damaged. If damaged by mailing we will see if the item can be returned, depending on supplier. Most items need returned with tracking before refund can be done. Meaning tracking and item is on its destination.
Video game modded systems! If you have a problem with any modded items please let me know directly, I can help you fix the issue or ask you to return it to be fixed, depending on the situation. We will refund as long as the system still works and all serial numbers are the same. Do not switch the serial numbers we will know. Please contact me for anything you might have questions about.
Our modding services can be purchased with secure and safe payments system. All modded items can be returned within 30 days as long as they are not bricked and tampered with. All systems are tested and videoed for proof of working condition.
